While rumors are swirling that Angelina Jolie has given birth to her twins, Vanity Fair has released their July 2008 cover on the web.  It’s a weird fashion trend. Celebs are posing with their mouth open, which is suppose to be sexy, but it’s not. Angelina struck the same pose as Sarah Jessica Parker did in her  June Vogue cover.

Rachel Bilson and Angie Harmon were among the celebs who attended the opening of the new Chanel boutique on Robertson Boulevard in LA. Both were the best dressed last night: Rachel Bilson looked very stunning in a black frock, while Angie styled up in a printed dress. The ladies accentuated their outfits with red accessories - Rachel Bilson wore a red Chanel purse, while Angie tied on a red belt and stepped out in red shoes.

A Nude Bundchen In Every Sandal

The world’s richest model Gisele Bundchen demonstrates her nude body in a new advertising campaign for footwear designer Olang. Is it a new fashion, we mean the “water dress”?  We grasp the connection between water and beachwear in this stunning ad, but wouldn’t Gisele in a  bikini been alright too? Not, that we are complaining too much. We’ll call it a semi-tasteful provocative ad, but hopefully Tom Brady will have a towel handy, the next time Giselle is wearing her Olangs…

Goodbye Posh, Says Jacobs, I’m Done With Mannequins

It seems, this is the last weird Beckham photo for Marc Jacobs. Posh will not star in next season’s ads, as Jacobs told her, they will use models for their future ad campaigns.

What can one say, about these Posh ads, that Fashionistas around the planet haven’t already mentioned? This latest and last one, continues the trend of Jacobs and Victoria Beckham collaborating to satirize Posh’s notoriety, posing her idiotically as a mannequin. The ads tend to make you laugh at Beckham, rather than draw attention to Jacobs’ designs. Is that a good thing? Perhaps, it is best that the ads were a one-shot deal and for a limited run.

She [Charlotte] was never a rule breaker. She updated a little, but I wouldn’t call it a breaking of any rules. Pat is a very creative woman as we all know and really felt strongly that all of the girls would be updated in a way that would reflect where they were in life. So my silhouette is a bit more simple, a little less bows and flowers and things that she used to wear. And she wanted to try, and this is obviously in one’s fantasy life, a little bit of 1970s Jackie O – the sunglasses and on.

Heaven can hear it all, dear Sharon. You might have given it some thought, before making those stupid statements in Cannes.

After Sharon Stone said “the devastating earthquake in China might have been “karma” for the Communist nation’s treatment of Tibet and the Dalai Lama“, Dior dropped Sharon Stone as a face of their products.

In light of Sharon Stone’s inappropriate comments and their negative impact, Dior China has decided to withdraw [her ads] immediately and stop using Sharon Stone’s image in any advertising, marketing and commercial activities,” the company said.

Though Sharon is deeply sorry and sad about hurting the Chinese people’s feelings, she is not with Dior anymore.

Do you want to wear a ‘Wintour’ watch? Don’t be surprised, but Vogue editor Anna Wintour has become the inspiration behind a fine watch line created by JCK jewelry.

WWD:
While Wintour herself has no affiliation with Wintour the brand, mum’s the word on whether it actually references her. Maybe the hands are sunglass stems? The face is a bob? The numerals are Roman Vs? “You will understand when you see it,” said a representative for the brand. “We will not preview it to anyone.” As for Wintour’s timely reaction, a Vogue spokesman said simply, “Anna is looking forward to seeing the watches.”
