Mini skirts are an indecent way of dressing, according to Uganda’s ethics and integrity minister Nsaba Buturo.
Wearing a miniskirt should be regarded as “indecent”, which would be punishable under Ugandan law, Mr Buturo said.
He also said that mini skirts should be banned - because women wearing them distract drivers and cause traffic accidents.
