Helena Bonham Carter is facing a real style drama by wearing this weird pair of shoes.

The 42-year-old actress stepped out in spring-heeled shoes called Z-CoiL Mary Janes. The spring heel, supported by a 3in steel coil, is designed to act as a shock absorber. The rounded toe at the ball of the foot has a 3/4in cushion which lessens the impact of walking and prevent wear and tear on ligaments.
Though we respect people who choose comfort instead of fashion, we can’t stand these UGLY shoes.

Katie’s Self-Designed Dress - Steve Granitz/WireImage
As I always say, Tom Cruise sucked the life out of Katie Holmes and apparently the fashion sense too, judging by the dress Katie designed for herself and wore on the“Tropic Thunder red carpet in Los Angeles.” As a designer, Katie is a good B-level actress and shouldn’t give up her day job, which either seems to be looking frumpy in jeans or giving birth to the alleged “Devil Spawn” of Tom Cruise.
Style Watch: Off The Rack has the lowdown on Katie’s less-than-artistic creation, which they foolishly seem to be salivating over, leading one to question their style sanity.

We have never witnessed such ugly footwear on a celeb’s leg. These gladiator fit flops that Julianne Moore wore for a walk in SoHo must die! If there is a fashion hell, everyone there are wearing these. Please, never copy this style.

When we saw this new Marc by Marc Jacobs ad , we thought it was just strongly ironic. But then, the Men’s fashion shows in Paris and Milan began featuring dark-rimmed male models with pale makeup walking in glittering gold jeans and lace shorts, head-to-toe in electric pink with a string of pearls and wedges.

A California based company PG Lite produces these ugly ALEGRIA footwear, and on their web site they write: ‘ALEGRIA™ means HAPPINESS‘. They also are trying to convince us that, ‘a heavenly padded footbed really feels like you are walking on clouds‘.

They may be comfortble, but we will never be happy wearing this fashion horror.

What makes celebs, whose wardrobes are full of designer garments, wear their hubby’s jeans? We have no idea. A few weeks ago, Victoria Beckham was spotted in men’s jeans. Yesterday, Heidi Klum was seen in a pair of masculine jeans. A new trend?

For obvious reasons — they were horrible — we don’t remember the early 90s all that much. But, according to the LA Times , it was a time of the Hypercolor trend.
What, you ask was a “hypercolor?” Created by Generra Sportswear, they were T-shirts that could change their colors just by touching them. When you touched a purple shirt, you left a pink fingerprint behind; green tees would be splotched with bright yellow hot spots. What fun, huh?

But then Generra filed for bankruptcy, and Hypercolor became a forgotten fad of the past, fortunately.
Now, some brands like American Apparel, Anzevino, and Florence, and designers like Henry Holland are trying to reinvent the Hypercolor trend by offering various dresses, scarves, tees and denim shorts that change colors if you touch them.
It’s funny to try it, but would we embrace this trend after the novelty wore off? Definitely - NO.

On the last day of the men’s shows in Milan, Fendi unveiled their new fashion trend - wedges for men. We know that male fashionistas are looking for something unique too, but could these wedges go off the runway in to the real closet?

First, crazy moms put their babies in heels. Then, they covered them up with fur, as Kate Moss did with her 5-year-old daughter Lila. Maybe, it is too much for a little girl?
