Though we are not a big fans of Juergen Teller’s quirky vision of fashion, we must admit that he is one of the popular photographers for the Fall/Winter 2008-9 ad campaigns. We have already seen Marc by Marc Jacobs and Vivienne Westwood ads shot by Teller, now Pucci’s campaign  has been released on the web.

It’s a typical Teller campaign, and the clothes are very Pucci. Nothing new.

Vivienne Westwood released her Fall/Winter 2008-2009 ad campaign and it’s as eccentric as the designer herself. We’ve been graced already with some provocative ad campaigns for the next season (yes, we are talking about Marc by Marc Jacobs ad campaign), but this one shot by Juergen Teller once again, stands out as juicy, funny, and ironic, rather than provocative. Westwood is perfection in our eyes, and this ad campaign provides strong proof of that.

Whenever Marc Jacobs is present, there will always be controversy. When it was announced that Jacobs dropped Victoria Beckham and tapped models for his latest project, we thought that his bizarre ad campaigns were a thing of the past. But we were so mistaken!

In his new Fall/Winter 08-09 ad campaign, we see a male model, Cole Mohr wearing a women’s plaid coat and handling a bag. If Jacobs wanted to shock people, he achieved his goal. We are curious about one thing: would any woman really want to buy it after seeing the ad?
