There is so much ‘SATC’ in magazine covers this summer. Marie Claire has four covers for it’s July 2008 issue with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, and Kim Cattrall. Which one do you like?

While SATC is hitting the box offices, Kristin Davis, who is known for her role as the Charlotte York in the movie, made known her partnering with Belk Inc.

H.W. McKay, the retailer’s president, told WWD, “Kristin is a hometown hero to our customers where our stores are,”  alluding to the sixteen Southern states, where Belk Inc. operates.

According to WWD, the Kristin Davis brand is launching with sportswear, activewear, sleepwear, handbags, jewelry, belts, and footwear. And for spring and beyond, it will likely expand into other categories, possibly including home goods,  which Davis said she was particularly interested.

Davis revealed, there’s “a lot of crossover” between her style and that of her alter ego, Charlotte York. “Charlotte dresses in a very feminine way, and I love her playful nature,” she said to WWD.

She [Charlotte] was never a rule breaker. She updated a little, but I wouldn’t call it a breaking of any rules. Pat is a very creative woman as we all know and really felt strongly that all of the girls would be updated in a way that would reflect where they were in life. So my silhouette is a bit more simple, a little less bows and flowers and things that she used to wear. And she wanted to try, and this is obviously in one’s fantasy life, a little bit of 1970s Jackie O – the sunglasses and on.

Finally, Sex and the City arrived at the City! The four fashion divas, hit the red carpet again at Radio City Music Hall in NYC, in eye-catching gowns.

Sarah Jessica Parker shined in a metallic Nina Ricci gown.

Kim Cattrall wore a metallic strapless Vivienne Westwood dress.

Cynthia Nixon was simple and gorgeous in a white Narciso Rodriguez gown.

Kristin Davis stepped out in a pleated gold Donna Karan dress that is a traditional Charlotte York style.

WOW! We can’t believe it finally happened: Sex And The City celebrated its World Premiere in London on Monday. All four of the film’s stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, and Kristin Davis, graced the red carpet, drabbed in in eye-popping fashions, for the movie’s London premiere at the Odeon Theater in Leicester Square late Monday.
